Unfortunately she was elected so she can only be removed by the state legislature impeaching her (which wouldn't happen because most of them are and/or represent other ignorant hillbilly hayseeds like her). I'd like to see her criminally charged for official misconduct, but then we'd have the same problem because the jurors at her trial would be ignorant hillbilly hayseeds like her. What almost certainly will happen is she will get fined daily by the judge (hopefully something like a million dollars a day to prevent the Christian groups from paying her fine), and what hopefully will happen is she gets jailed for contempt of every court in the land until her term runs out or the governor of Kentucky starts twisting arms due to the embarrassment this is causing his state.

Heard this on the radio today....how many devout Mormons, working as cashiers have sold alcohol, tobacco or soda to customers? It doesn't mean they are going to hell.
