I especially like that it’s the exact same laugh track cut every time.
@rich: that’s because every joke is precisely as funny as the joke that precedes it.
I first encountered this one back when I was still trying to “dialogue” with right wing nutfucks online. It struck me immediately how the lack of an actual audience seemed a bit off, and how that lady mugs. Oh, how she mugs.
Also: starting off your comedy routine with “let’s get started” sort of makes it sound like there’s some sort of unpleasant but obligatory thing ahead. And she starts every one of these with that line.
This actually made me a little nauseous.
Right wingers can’t be funny. Good art comes from looking at something in a novel or profound way, not, “If you disagree with me, you make baby ‘Merica cry.”
