Bring your singles and get ready to mingle at the Mercury’s Queer Issue launch party on June 14 at Swan Dive, 727 SE Grand. We are celebrating all things queer with drag, burlesque, acrobatics, singing-out-loud, and more joyous visual stunts. The party is open to all Mercury fans 21 and up (OLCC’s rules, not ours—sorry!). Doors open at 11, the antics kick off at noon, and tickets will run ya $20; food and alcohol is also available for purchase.

Sandria Dore is an internationally known and award-winning burlesque dancer. Born and raised in Portland, she’s known as “The Rose City Showgirl—and she’s also in the running for “Best Stripper in PDX.”
Aspen Meadows is a PDX diva born and raised in Reno, Nevada. She’s been performing throughout the Pacific Northwest and beyond for the last several years. She’s high energy and high glamour, and she doesn’t just take the stage—she owns it!
Puanani Possé, Portland’s plus-size trans femme baddie, was born and raised on the island of Maui. She’s here entertaining the Pacific Northwest with her stunning glam, dazzling looks, and high-energy performances. Rooted in her beliefs of body positivity, beauty, and grace at any size, she commands attention and delivers a sickening performance.
Luci Zaas is a seductive and campy drag performer based in PDX. She’s known for high-energy performances and larger than life charisma. Having performed in cities across the country, Luci blends glamour, humor, and edge into every show, serving unforgettable looks and unapologetic attitude where the spotlight hits.
Jayla Rose Sullivan is a celebrated drag and burlesque performer based in Portland, known for her electrifying stage presence and dynamic dance driven performances that light up venues across the Pacific Northwest. With over a decade of experience in performance art and professional dance, Jayla brings high energy showmanship and captivating choreography to every set—qualities that have made her a stand out at events like Diva Drag Brunch, Fridays Are a Drag, and other showcases. Jayla has stepped into the national spotlight through her appearance on Lizzo’s Watch Out for the Big Grrrls, combining confidence, creativity, and sheer talent in every performance. With her powerful presence and passion for entertainment, Jayla Rose is sure to deliver an unforgettable experience.
