I say we address this the similar to the day laborer problem and set up a dedicated “Hooker Corral” on 82nd…
this brings up a serious issue – Portland needs hotter hookers. no city worth its salt would let their working girls get away with wearing baggy jeans and hoodies. c’mon ladies!
if they make more money they can get away from 82nd and ‘upgrade’ to the swanky gentrification that is close-in NE….
