If the Timbers are looking to kill some time on their way to San Jose for tomorrow’s crucial match with the Earthquakes (7:30 p.m., Fox 12, 750 AM), might I suggest Tetris?

Timbers Army continues to impress (volume reached new heights on Wednesday from where I was sitting) and the unbridled reaction as the pieces fell into place for Portland certainly captures the spectacle that is TA.

This officially becomes my new favorite video in the category of “Person or People Losing Their Shit” (Sorry, Nick).

Another Korobeiniki-inspired goal (featuring the “Tetris Dance” and a wider view after) from Portland’s 3-0 shellacking of LA after the jump.

The flags are getting out of control. And I mean that in the most positive way possible:

  1. That is crazy! I guess MLS in Portland was a good idea. I still think soccer is mind numbingly boring to watch. Maybe if I had enough beer it would be cool.

  2. I watch it sober, and I went apeshit watching that match on TV. You do need an attention span to get it, that’s for sure.
