chocolates anyway, and if your love finds earrings in the box, you can
just keep the contest to yourself.
Mark Hosack, former sous chef at Lucier, has found a nice
soft place to land. He has been hired as executive chef at the Hotel
deLuxe to oversee food service in Gracie’s, the Driftwood
Room, and private functions. His focus is new American comfort food
and I expect to see a seasonal locally sourced meatloaf on Gracie’s
menu sometime soon.
The anticipation for the opening of Ping, chef Andy Ricker’s
