Chef Andy Ricker has built an empire on his iconic Thai restaurant franchise Pok Pok, famed for its signature fish sauce wings and other craveable dishes. As of fall 2020, Ricker has permanently closed four of the five Pok Pok restaurants, leaving only his original flagship location, which will remain temporarily closed until a vaccine is found and may never reopen. There is one way to still eat Pok Pok, however: Ike's Vietnamese Fish Sauce Wings are currently available through delivery on Uber Eats, Grub Hub, and Postmates. All profits of wing sales will benefit Immigrant Legal Resource Center.
