Half diner/restaurant, half huge bar, Joe’s kindly separates the coffee drinkers from the boozers. Food is standard diner fare, like sandwiches, burgers, soups, and iceberg lettuce salads. Drinks in the pool table outfitted lounge are quite stiff, which is to say, quite good.
