A gigantic garage door opens into an airy space half-filled with the open kitchen/counter, half with spacious wooden booths and an art gallery space in back. The menu consists of a variety of really unique, creative, internationally derived, seasonal dishes that focus on nutrition and flavor. Although their menu is no longer strictly vegan many of the selections are still animal product free. And if choices like Tandoor roasted corn on the cob with cotija cheese, lime juice & cayenne or the Crispy risotto cake with shaved baby fennel, lemon aioli, melted Walla Walla onions & arugula don't make your mouth water, you might want to check your plumbing.
