I’ve been seeing a LOT of out of state license plates with obviously stoned drivers. How do I know they’re stoned? The reek of weed, plus smoke billowing out of the windows, is the give away. The others are the inability to stay in one lane, or driving 10mph in a 35mph speed zone. Hey out-of-staters, it’s against the law to drive stoned on weed! Just like it’s against the law to drive drunk! So go back to your hotel room, friend’s apartment or your in-law’s house and smoke it up there. Learn about the marijuana laws. Don’t assume that because it’s legal to use it recreationally you can use it anywhere, anytime, while doing anything.

  2. Your article says know the laws about Marijuana yet only mention the driving portion, what about the rest of it? Possession amounts, where they can use it, where they can’t. If it’s just driving you want to touch on then rename the article and add things like the reckless speeds of Oregon drivers, running stop signs and lights because they don’t think those laws apply to them, or the fact that about 99 percent can’t figure out the laws on merging in and out of traffic. The smoke coming out of those cars is many times just a vape pen not always Marijuana, many of the drivers are from our state not just out of state. I drive medical transport over 3 states and have been for 7 plus years, and all over the cities and towns in our state and most of the problems come from right here in our own state. As for the previous comment what the hell does Marijuana have to do with abortion?
