As the winter wonderland comes to a close, a bright ray of sunshine shoned down upon me. Not from the lord, no, but from the ever-graceining hand of fate. This form of brightness came in the form of a man; a strong, gentle, strong, strange, carrying, kind and sensitive beast of a man. He came to me not in a dream, no, but on the MAX Yellow Line on my way home to Gresham.
He lived not in Gresham, but professed to ride the MAX to “get a feel for the common man’s plight.” My heart fluttered. We chatted for a good few minutes before my stop came upon the horizon, we deadening exchange of powerful pleasantries, phone numbers and a gentle-electric hug was partooken of.
We meet tonight, at 6:30 pm on the dot! I suggested that we meet on the MAX “where we first met” in order to take advantage of creating memories from day one. Oh, it shall be a splendid story to tell our children!
This is real and this is it, I just felt it in my bone. His image is seared into my brain and as I awoke this morning I imagined that this could be the last morning I awake alone. Tonight, the sunshine comes to taketh over the moon!
I shall await love and anticipate being loved; I will also give love freely and our love will embolden the feeling of love amongst the strangers who surround our love. Never again shall I await the turmoil of loneliness, or the heartache and pain of solitude. This is and shall be it! Give me my blessings dear readers, share with me my birthright, give me my love!

Good news! What you thought was Gresham all these years is really the Expo Center. (You should’ve known Gresham wouldn’t have such clean restrooms.)
Prepare yourself for disappointment.
10/10 for (mis)using the English language in a way that hurts both my eyes and my heart.
If this person is only writing poetry, the writer needs to understand that a lot of ppl are NOT gonna understand the wording, cuz I sure as heck don’t, & I’m a college graduate, AND also a poetry writer.
Way too horny for a bus rider!!
Psalms 128: He lived not in Gresham…
“…professed to ride the MAX to “get a feel for the common man’s plight.””
