It’s petty of you to punish employees for doing their job correctly and asking that you do as well. We work in human services and develope human connections and build community here! Your petty selfish shitty attitude is ruining the space that your employees built and you financially benefit from. You are pushing away great staff by being greedy and honestly the way you run this company is criminal (because you are clearly shady as fuck!) Stop underpaying workers and isolating staff while you take another vacation on the dime of the people you are supposed to support! You should try tech instead of human services if you are going to be a greedy cunt without an ethical bone in your body. The only good thing about how often you vacation is not seeing your shitty fake bullshit lying face.
