Candy Candy isn’t as insanely brilliant as Pon Pon Pon (which, to be fair, is the greatest video ever made), but it’s still pretty damn great.
I’m gonna pretend you’re not making fun of them. That wouldn’t be nice, and they’re pretty sweet.

Not exactly sweet and innocent. This is a brilliant homage to shoujo-ai. Which is why the masked poseur is rejected. Like the onion, you gotta peel beneath the surface to get to the good stuff. And remember… Whats pink and chewy 🙂
