THEY DID IT AGAIN: Somehow the Bundys have escaped federal consequences for a second time. A judge dismissed with prejudice a Nevada-based case against Cliven Bundy and his sons yesterday, finding that federal prosecutors had irrevocably bungled things by withholding important facts. “After the judge’s ruling, the senior Bundy attempted to walk out of the courtroom in his blue jail garb and ankle shackles but was blocked by deputy U.S. marshals.”

In Oregon, where Ammon and Ryan Bundy foiled prosecutors’ attempts to hold them to account for a takeover at the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge, reactions were decidedly mixed.

Is Special Prosecutor Robert Mueller making ready to interview Donald Trump? It seems entirely possible, according to leaks coming out of the investigation.
