Have you heard? In honor of Cocktail Week, food cart pod Cartopia now has a cocktail cart! Open through October 23, this iteration (accomplished through some pretty tricky footwork with the OLCC, as you can imagine) is temporary, but as I was hobnobbing with the boozy set last night, I was introduced to Geoffrey Anderson of the Oregon Bartenders Guild, who says that sights are ultimately set on the cart becoming permanent. It’s “educational,” he says. Indeed. Say, who wants to hit the carts for, uh, you know… lunch tomorrow?
