In the trailer for the upcoming episode entitled, “Let’s Kill Hitler,” it appears as if the Who team is doing the absolute OPPOSITE of killing Hitler… and actually SAVING Hitler! WTFISUWT?!?? (What the fuck is up with that?) Check it out.

Most likely the events surrounding WWII are one of the “unchangeable moments in history” where he is obligated to not interfere (or even go so far as to make sure it happens appropriately) like Pompeii and several others. If you need an explanation watch “The Fires of Pompeii” episode. The Doctor explains these sorts of events a bit.
