Unnatural? Perhaps ( I disagree myself) but consider the characters being portrayed, generally action roles or superheroes. What should they look like? Also Brad pitt weighed 155 ibs in Fight Club. He might look unnatural next to a malnourished hipster dork, otherwise not so much. It is hardly a shocker steroids and growth hormone are used and it is not something very new especially
